Doriane Sorgue and Nicolas Blaise have been working here since 2022, accompanied by their professional teams of highly skilled chefs.

Dishes are scrupulously selected from local producers and pickers to guarantee the highest quality of taste.

At lunchtime, the bistro menu and the daily menu (Monday to Friday) feature 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.

In the evening, the menu is renewed each season.

The chef revisits and sublimates each recipe.

The cuisine is simple, revisited and unpretentious. The team likes to work with local, fresh & seasonal produce.

The passionate owner, constantly on the lookout for producers and new trends, will be delighted to welcome you to her cellar.
