The workshop enables Christian Perrigot, the local cheesemaker since 2013, to transform the 5.7 million liters of milk he receives each year from the 21 members of the cooperative into great Comté cheeses.

It also enables him to showcase his craft in a very comfortable setting. Guided tours are free and include a tasting of local Comté cheeses, matured by Monts et Terroirs. Reservations are essential.

The friendly store, run by Bernadette, offers 3 of her husband's Comté cheeses (fruité doux 6-9 months, vieille réserve 12-14 months, and prestige 18-20 months), raw butter, raw cream, homemade fromage blanc ladled into faisselles, as well as Morbier, Bleu de Gex, Tomme, Mont d'Or and many other cheeses,

You'll also find regional products: charcuterie, wine, jams, coulis, honey, gaude flour, cookies...
