L'échappée gourmande is an invitation to travel through the senses: flavors, fragrances and carefully crafted dishes. A true feast for the eyes and taste buds!

Eric, the chef, offers a generous, assertive and gourmet cuisine that will awaken all your senses, made exclusively from fresh, seasonal produce.
All dishes are homemade, from savory to sweet.
Fragrant, sophisticated dishes that strike the perfect balance between sweet and savory.
Veloutés and sauces are the Chef's specialties, and are much appreciated!

The menu changes every three months, so there's always something new to discover!
You'll find many specialties based around meat, fish and seafood.

- Suprême de volaille de Bresse stuffed with porcini mushrooms, jus corsé au vin jaune, potato cake and autumn mushrooms

In terms of ambience, you'll find all the hallmarks of Saint-Amour's historic heritage. Exposed stone walls combine with warm, modern decor.

In summer, you can also enjoy a shaded terrace at the rear of the restaurant.
