Descriptif

Opening a mushroom cellar in a cellar is one thing. But in a cellar in the middle of a vineyard, that's a real challenge.

Their substrate comes from a French supplier; but they make some of the substrates themselves, and yellow oyster mushrooms should be a regular feature of their sales.
In April 2020, the structure is developing a new form of cultivation: "log culture", by seeding walnut logs with 2 types of mushroom, "reishi" and "hedgehog". These are 2 varieties renowned for their medicinal virtues.

Oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms also have virtues, in addition to their extraordinary taste.

ChampiBio Mu&Co is a very young company, created at the end of 2018, so there's still a lot to do, and no shortage of ideas!
