Creative cuisine and privacy in the heart of a former convent
In the heart of Saint-Amour, the Saint-Augustin, a Logis de France and Vignobles & Découvertes accredited hotel-restaurant, welcomes you to eight tastefully furnished rooms. Noble materials and character are harmoniously combined in the different spaces of the establishment, whose name refers to one of the four convents present in this small town with a remarkable heritage: the convent of the Grands Augustins. Founded in 1438 by Claude de l'Aubépin, lord of Saint-Amour, it housed eight monks until the French Revolution.

The hotel's gourmet restaurant offers a menu that changes with the seasons and the whims of chef Raphaël Eberlin. Discover creative, gourmet recipes prepared with care and respect for products. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and "rando" baskets are also available to order. Karine and Raphaël took over the restaurant at the beginning of 2023, and look forward to welcoming you to Saint-Amour in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, for a rejuvenating and gourmet stay.
